Jets Championship T-Shirts Headed to Haiti?

The New York Jets were prepared had their team won then AFC Championship this past Sunday. They had a new URL for their team shop (JetsShopChampions.com) and a series of NFL gear ready stating they had done the almost impossible and won the AFC title. Of course the Indianapolis Colts had something else in store for Jets fans and won the Championship easily 30-17. Now all those t-shirts, caps, and mugs must go somewhere.

PSystar Sells T Shirts Instead of Mac Clones

PSystar is a company that took some downloadable software called Rebel EFI and began to build Macintosh clones, selling them through it’s website. Apple sued the company and after a year and a half later got an injunction against PSystar so it could no longer build and sell the machines. PSystar also is required to pay Apple $2.7 million in damages according to the settlement.

“I Love My Ducks” T Shirts Popular with Oregon Fans

An Oregon themed rap song has spun into a popular t shirt for Rose Bowl bound Oregon fans. The ‘I Love My Ducks’ t-shirts have been flying off the shelves at local stores around Eugene Oregon. The shirts are inspired by a rap song produced by Bishop, Brian McAndrew, and Jamie Slade. The three journalism students were surprised by the popularity of their song and now their t shirts. Developed by SupWitchuGirl, the shirts were worn during the recently played Civil War game between Oregon and Oregon State.

Chinese Government Bans ObaMao T Shirts During US Visit

The Chinese Government has banned the very popular ObaMao t-shirts and other novelty items that have become very popular in Beijing since US President Barack Obama’s election last year. The government felt the items may cause embarrassment to the US during the president’s visit. The items depict President Obama dressed in Chairman Mao’s red guards cap and uniform. The shirts had been selling like hot cakes until commerce bureau regulators made routine stops at souvenir shops this week and informed shop owners they would be closed down if they continued to sell the items.
